How it works
Five steps. No mystery.
Most remodel horror stories come from a vague scope and a contractor who stops answering. Both are process problems. Here is ours.
- 01
The visit
Braden or Luis walks the space with you, measures, and listens. Evenings and Saturdays are fine. No charge, no pressure.
- 02
The scope on paper
You get a written scope: what's included, the price, and the finish date. Allowances are spelled out so there are no surprise upgrades.
- 03
Selections and permits
We help you pick tile, cabinets and fixtures within the allowance, then pull permits and lock the schedule before demo.
- 04
Build, one crew
Luis runs the site daily and is your single point of contact. Changes get priced before they happen, in writing.
- 05
Walkthrough
We go through the house together with a punch list. Nothing is done until you say it's done.

Braden and his team did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Our vision was executed beautifully and we love the finishes. They were communicative throughout the process. The originally quoted timeline was pretty accurate, which can be rare for contractors!
Braden, Wahr Home Solutions and his subcontractors are phenomenal to work with. I've used them for two projects on my house. Just finished the fireplace, had a very tight deadline (before Christmas). "We'll make it happen" should be their motto!
Braden was always attentive, accommodating and kind through the process. I especially appreciated how responsive he was with his busy schedule, and how quickly he was able to line the projects up. There are too many horror stories out there of flaky contractors.
